Sam Tate Proctor

Sam earned a degree in economics from Yale University. His experience in the employer healthcare industry spans across insurers, consultants, brokers, and service providers. After two decades in the Northeast, Sam has relocated to Raleigh and is committed to delivering world class consulting and brokering to the region. His employment experience has included Prudential, Deloitte, Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt and Mercer.   In each role he has grown his abilities to serve clients, mentor talent, innovate, strategize and exceed client expectations through building optimal solutions.

Jason Fandel 

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from University of North Carolina – Charlotte, with much of his studies focused on data modeling, statistics and forecasting. Earlier in his career, Jason also spent over 10 years in service industry management. Since 2017 he has worked on employer benefit engagements including the development of overall benefit strategy, market and industry sector assessments, demographic analysis and claim cost analyses. Jason combines and applies his technical background and his service management experience to develop employer health solutions that meet both the diverse and practicality needs of employees while maximizing the value delivery proposition of employer spend.
